Our Story
Gaia Pilates Roma Studio is the result of the dedicated and hard work of founder Gaia Faggiani, since 2007, it is located in the center of Rome in Trastevere, Via della Lungara 26,
The Studio is welcoming and clean, disinfection occurs at every change of client, the equipment is original from Gratz Ind
GPR offers online classes, for every kind of demand, in order to give our clients always the perfect opportunity to train. Moreover we organize full immersion Pilates retreats, in the beauty of the countryside, where the client will enjoy the relaxation, food, sightseeing and will be trained by classical pilates teachers of the highest level, from all over the world.

Gaia is a second generation Classical Pilates teacher, after a career in Ballet, Gaia has studied “Contrology” (original name for the discipline) directly from the source, with Romana Kryzanowska, Jay Grimes, and many of the most valid and accredited teachers in the world.
Gaia keeps her personal training constantly updated.
